What's Inspected

 
 My inspection covers every part of a home that  is accessible including but not
limited to roofing,siding,gutters,interior wall and floor covering, windows and doors,all operating systems ,foundation, basement,attic, crawl spaces,drainage and electrical and plumbing etc.  

When possible, I do a well water preassure and GPM  test and a visual inspection of the septic system and leach field.  

I do buyer inspections, seller pre-listing inspections and construction draw inspections
