What's Inspected

 
 My inspection covers every part of a home that  is accessible including but not
limited to roofing,siding,gutters,interior wall and floor covering, windows and doors,all operating systems ,foundation, basement,attic, crawl spaces,drainage and electrical and plumbing and more.  

When possible, I do a well water preassure and GPM  test and a visual inspection of the septic system and leach field. 

Septic tank covers must be exposed prior to inspection 

I do buyer inspections, seller pre-listing inspections and construction draw inspections
