I have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system ,and plumbing. Over 400 items are inspected and I will notify the client of anything that needs attention or repair.    You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

My inspections exceed the "ASHI" standards of practice and the even higher "INTERNACHI " standards of practice.

My Qualifications

I have been a licensed building contractor for 35 years and have completed extensive  schooling in the home inspection field.
