My name is Mark Wilson. I am a highly qualified INDEPENDENT professional home inspector serving the central mountain region. I am certified by "INTERNACHI", " INFRARED CERTIFIED" "BPI" AND the"NEHA". I am a licensed general contractor and licensed septic installation contractor. I have built many beautiful mountain vacation homes and I am familiar with every phase of home construction. In addition to 35 years of building experience I have completed hundreds of hours of training in the home inspection field and I have completed more than 2000 inspections for home buyers, insurance companies, and banks.

I do not give estimates or perform repairs. I do give you a complete and detailed report on the condition of the home and all major defects found on the day of the inspection.

The majority of my business is from client refferals and from realtors that want to ensure that their client is buying a GOOD, SAFE HOME ,THAT WON"T TURN INTO A MONEY PIT. I work directly for the client. My job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported. My report is 15-30 pages and computer generated , with color photos of every major defect, not a handwritten checklist.
